Each skin is carefully hand-rolled or left whole, then slowly dehydrated to preserve maximum nutrition and flavor. It's placed inside insulated boxes to help maintain subzero temperatures without leaking or leaving moisture behind. Important: Airline regulations limit each shipment to a maximum of 5 lbs of dry ice.
